This role is critical to Infogrid’s ability to deliver on opportunities with our most valuable partners. It will ensure that we can validate deployments at scale through our biggest partners, that those partners receive ROI quickly and it will set the blueprint for achieving ARR growth with our future big channel partners.
This role will be pivotal in achieving effective and efficient delivery of high-value partnership contracts (and future large-scale FM contracts as they come through).

Responsible for:

  • You will be independently accountable for the development, management and execution of our processes from developing a proof of concept through to implementation for our main facilities management client contracts.
  • You will truly understand how the client and its different functions work and map their operating model to ours, ensuring the right delivery and support from Infogrid as we grow and mature our partnerships.
  • You will be able to convert the needs of the client into live ARR, ensuring a significant uplift in customer experience.
  • You will filter the needs through internal teams at Infogrid ensuring each team is delivering on their requirements to time and to ensure quality.
  • You will ensure teams work effectively together to deliver whilst anticipating problems and troubleshooting to align with internal teams.
  • You will build effective relationships internally and will hold teams accountable to deliver. It will work closely with customer success, sales and product teams to ensure our client experiences a unified voice of Infogrid.
  • You will effectively manage the programme budget ensuring value for Infogrid.
  • You will ensure change activities are appropriately governed, resourced and delivered on time.
  • You will work with our most complex clients and will help develop a playbook which will support and improve our work with future clients.

Required skills and experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, cross-functionally across all levels.
  • Ability to influence internal and external teams to ensure delivery of our contracts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and align dependencies to deliver common goals.
  • Knowledge of best practice to develop, improve and optimise processes in relation to delivery of our contracts.
  • Financially literate, able to manage budgets.
  • Strong customer focus, able to translate customer needs to the “language” of various parts of the business.
  • Ability to understand a business problem quickly, to develop proposals and get agreement at pace.
  • Strong technical programme manager with previous experience of managing complex technology and hardware related delivery programmes.
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle from business engagement, ideation and planning, through delivery and implementation.
  • Experience building good working relationships with clients at a senior levelExperience taking new products to market.
  • Experience in a startup / scale-up environment beneficial
