The Role

As our People Operations Specialist you’ll join our People Experience function and be a crucial part of the team, contributing to onboarding, L&D, performance management, employee engagement and some very exciting project work.

Collaborating across the business, you will offer guidance to our employees and managers, taking them through our most important people products & processes, ensuring they feel supported in achieving our ambitious goals.

Doing this role in a scaling business, you’ll gain exposure to every area of human resources and build valuable insights that’ll serve you through your entire career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be an ambassador for the People Experience team - a go-to expert for our employees on our people systems, tools and process coordination
  • Provide smooth operational support for employee lifecycle experiences
  • Be a custodian of our people documents and data integrity
  • Manage relationships with our vendors, aligning them with the quality and efficiency we expect

What we think you'll need to be succesful:

  • Organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment in a similar role
  • Quick learner - able to grasp new tools and systems
  • A love of working with data and able to navigate a spreadsheet
  • A desire to streamline processes and find more efficient ways to operate
  • Did we mention organised?

This role would suit a someone who is a senior HR advisor / junior business partner that has a keen eye for detail and strong operations and project focus.
