The Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning & day-to-day hands-on creation, execution and optimization of campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

You will be responsible for mapping out the customer buyer journey, developing and implementing strategies for pipeline acceleration.

In this role, you would drive the marketing lead and contact management lifecycle, including the data process from lead creation to sales team handoff. This role will be relied upon to improve marketing automation practices in support of nurturing contacts, generating leads, and better enable upselling/cross-selling of customers.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic marketer with a strong personal drive. This role will be responsible for optimizing the use of HubSpot and related tools, the contact and lead-flow processes, and email marketing strategy.

What we think you’ll need to be successful

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales
  • Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate the marketing plan to key stakeholders and ability to gather feedback and refine plans accordingly
  • Short-term and long-term marketing plan development, market segment targeting and campaign goal setting
  • Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
  • Learns quickly and communicate effectively
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Data-driven and able to make quick decisions to optimize campaign performance
