The Role
We are looking for a Global Tax Manager, who is highly analytical, loves a fast paced environment and working with colleagues from across the globe. This will include managing tax risks, providing commercial solutions to complex issues, staying up to date on any changes that are related to taxes in each of the jurisdictions and communicating accordingly across the wider business
Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be focused on building relationships with colleagues across the business and with external advisors, being a key participant in the business growth with regards to taxation legislation in new countries and overseeing tax payments and forecasting. You will support the business operationally and advise management on mitigating adverse tax risks. You will have a strong background in indirect taxation as well as a working knowledge of transfer pricing projects and corporate restructuring to drive tax efficiencies.

What we think you'll need to be sucessful

• Experience of European tax planning and compliance are essential
• United States taxation experience would be an advantage
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication
