The Infogrid mission is a lofty one, and as the founding member of Infogrid’s revenue operations team, you will be a member of the sales leadership team globally and business partner to the commercial organization leading strategic and operational projects that impact our sales and marketing team globally.
Your work will extend from defining outbound sales processes, sales forecasting models, customer segmentation projects, resource investments, sales OKR planning and working with large revenue data-sets to build models and an informed point of view on go-to-market planning as Infogrid expands globally.
You will build automations for the commercial team where possible kicking off strategic projects to unlock further productivity in the sales team and work cross functionally with sales and marketing to ensure best-in-class tooling, systems and processes.
You will play a leadership role in the revenue leadership team guiding key decisions reporting to the SVP of Sales to establish and refine processes to make sales more efficient in the business overall.
What we think you’ll need to be successful:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, for example but not limited to, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, Sales managers or Chief of Staff, Consultant with relevant domain focus.
- Experience in the SaaS industry, commercial real estate or climate change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent data modeling, analytical and problems-solving ability.
- Experienced in project/ program management in a collaborative setting.
- Attention to operational rigor and details.
- Working knowledge of sales systems and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent prioritisation skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity.
