The Role

The Content Lead is responsible for creating and driving a content strategy that is aligned to Infogrid’s business goals and objectives, as well as craft plans based on that strategy using cross-organisational inputs. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for content creation - producing high quality and consistent content that engages prospects and customers that drive new business opportunities.

You will serve as the hub for the overall Infogrid content calendar, providing high-level visibility across the organisation into cross-functional activation plans. This role is responsible for the infrastructure and processes supporting the content lifecycle, as well as content measurement. You must understand the marketing technology landscape and apply sophisticated technology to the content ecosystem for management and measurement.

What we think you’ll need to be successful

5 to 7 years of experience in B2B content strategy and creation that deepens customer engagement and drives sales and advocacy.Ability to evaluate target audiences, customer segmentation and buyer journeys, to develop content strategies that engage, inform, and motivate the buyer.Demonstrable experience in content planning, content packaging and B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.Ability to develop messaging, value propositions and messaging frameworks.Demonstrable experience with writing and editing (spanning web and blog to case studies and white papers). Experience with video interview and script creation.SaaS industry experience is desirable.Project management experience a plus.Able to present plans and results to cross-functional team members, including management.Familiar with SEO best practices and keyword research.Able to manage content process workflow and inventory maintenance.Excellent communicator, including keen listening skills.Creative and innovative.Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and implement changes to process.Collaborative, able to work across functional teams.Detail oriented, well organised, efficient with time management.
