The Role:

Reporting to the Business Agility lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and defining agile practices at Infogrid with the aim enabling us to achieve our environmental objective while scaling sustainably. You will be expected to coach across multiple squads, leaders in the adoption and application of agile values and principles, DevOps mindset and software engineering practices.

We want a business agility coach who is an expert in various Agile methodologies and frameworks and can articulate their usage with deep expertise, but also see them for what they are — tools and techniques to enable you to foster capability in an organisation.

The business has ambitious goals and by creating a culture that embodies the agile principles will make achieving those goals achievable. You will be focusing on enabling teams within the product and teaching them to improve their agile practices, while head

What we think you'll need to be sucessful

  • Technical understanding of Jira / Aha
  • Experience of agile and lean skills development through workshops/ meetings / team offsites
  • Experience coaching across teams/squads and functional areas through challenges related to how they work and interact together.
  • The ability to promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones.
  • Experience in a fast paced product driven culture and are comfortable with conversations about product and technology and long term technical and product strategies.
  • The ability to ask open-ended questions to evoke discovery & insight and you help groups/individuals help themselves to address conflict.
