As CTO, you will lead a multidisciplinary technical team and oversee the development of our
AI and digital twin platform. You will ensure our technology's scalability, efficiency, and
continuous innovation. This role will require you to align technical efforts with business
objectives, support fundraising, and help position the company for long-term success.

Your Opportunity :

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Kallikor’s AI-driven digital twin
platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

  • Oversee architecture, design, and implementation, balancing short-term deliverables
    with long-term goals.

  • Guide and support a collaborative technical team, fostering a culture of innovation
    and continuous learning.

  • Work closely with data scientists, AI experts, and key stakeholders to optimise and
    enhance product offerings.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Kallikor
    maintains a competitive edge.

Fundraising & Strategic Direction

  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define a technology vision and
strategy that supports business growth and aligns with investor expectations.

  • Provide technical expertise during fundraising efforts, demonstrating our solutions'
    scalability and competitive advantage.

  • Lead technical due diligence processes and articulate the value of our technology to
    investors and strategic partners.

Product Development

  • Partner with the product management team to ensure technology development
meets market demands and creates business value.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions around product development, partnerships, and
    market positioning.

  • Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives, driving
    revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement best practices for software development, data management, cloud
    infrastructure, and security protocols.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the technical team,
consistently meeting product timelines and quality standards.

  • Scale the technology infrastructure to support business growth and an expanding
    customer base.

Why You're Made for This :

  • Experience in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO, or similar), focusing on AI, simulation, or digital twin technologies.

  • Experience in fundraising, particularly with venture capital, and leading technical discussions during due diligence processes.

  • Expertise in cloud-based SaaS architecture, AI/ML technologies, and advanced simulation software, with the ability to bridge real-world data and predictive modelling.

  • Experience deploying complex mathematical models, simulations, and algorithms to address real-world challenges.

  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus, but we welcome candidates from diverse industry backgrounds.

  • Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java) and managing large-scale product rollouts with modern CI/CD tooling.

  • A background in enterprise software development and an understanding of the challenges faced by industries like supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.

  • Advanced degrees or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or related technical fields.

Leadership and Strategy

  • Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and scale a high-growth company.

  • Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of complex software products, particularly AI and simulation-driven platforms.

  • Ability to identify and implement emerging technologies that drive product and market leadership.

Alignment

  • Passionate about using technology to solve industry challenges and contribute to societal transformation, which is in line with Kallikor's vision.

  • A supportive leader who is a mentor and can motivate teams towards shared goals and fosters a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic, high-growth environment at the forefront of AI and digital twin technology.

  • The opportunity to shape a company's future that is transforming an entire industry.

  • A collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and a shared vision for positive change.

  • Remote work with flexible travel as needed for business and team collaboration.

  • Competitive salary, equity, and performance-based bonuses.

While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply.
