Job Description

Role Purpose:

Hurree is looking for an enthusiastic and confident social media marketer to help us maximise the reach and business value we get from our key social media networks: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone who is creative, driven, and passionate about social media. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content across all of our social channels, helping us drive web traffic, website conversions, lead generation and building a true online community through actively sharing content and engaging with key influencers in our social media networks.

Based out of our Belfast HQ (we are open to hybrid working options), this role will work across the company, from Content Marketing to Product Marketing to Customer Success, and will require the ability to be both creative and analytical. Monitoring feedback, analysing performance, and tracking results and KPIs will be key as we create a data-driven social media strategy.
This is an excellent role for anyone who wants to come in and shape a social media strategy for a forward-thinking and innovative SaaS company.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for social media
  • At least 2 years of experience in a social media content creation role or demonstrable experience in social content creation
  • Experience creating social video content, in particular, TikTok

  • Strong community management skills
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Experience using a CRM (in particular Hubspot)
  • Creative thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Energy, positivity, enthusiasm and an aptitude for fast learning

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Plan, manage and optimise social media content through analytics, paid and organic social media campaigns, and active outreach
  • Create a social/editorial calendar to keep track of important dates, events, and holidays so we can better engage with our audience
  • Create high-quality video content, capitalising on trends while also educating the potential customers on the Hurree platform
  • Coordinate social media content and campaigns with the Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Measure, report and optimise the performance of social campaigns and communicate results to internal stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HubSpot, and Hurree
  • Research and contribute to the creation of target personas and audiences, and create campaigns targeting specific personas
  • Identify and actively engage with social media influencers in order to build shares and drive sales
  • Jump in and get your hands dirty when required - proofreading, tweaking, and up levelling content if necessary
  • Collaborate and share best practices with the team to maximise our reach
  • Ensure consistency of tone across all of our social media channels
  • Analyse social media trends and be responsive to news stories to keep Hurree at the forefront of B2B social engagement

What you will get in return:
