Role Purpose:

As an Executive Assistant at Hurree, you will be responsible for providing support to senior management through organisation, scheduling, correspondence, human resources assistance and meetings. You will be part of the team associated with the office organisation, project management, deadline compliance and dealing with important documents and files

This role reports to our Co-Founders and sits within the operations team

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in executive support

  • Previous experience in PA support

  • Ability to follow detailed briefs

  • Must have the ability to adapt and work in a fast paced work environment

  • Initiative and ability to take opportunities to streamline processes

  • An eye for detail with great organisational skills

  • Communicate with ease between different types of people

  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritisation

  • Confident, self-motivated and driven by success

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Organise and schedule meetings

  • Work across multiple departments and areas creating variety of projects

  • Support Talent and Operations Manager with Wellness and Recruitment duties including on-boarding new staff members and training new employees where necessary

  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes during meetings

  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members

  • Maintain office function and have autonomy over streamlining processes

  • Perform PA duties for senior management

  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management

  • Communicate with Board Members to schedule Board Meetings and arrange meeting agendas

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and business guests

  • Organise and assist in company events

  • Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order

  • Manage projects and follow up with team members when required

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments, including Development, Sales and Marketing

  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management

  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports
