Job Description

Role Purpose:

In this exciting role you will research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities. As a BDR, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Hurree could help a business grow, and successfully position the Hurree value proposition.

*This role can be ​remote, in office or hybrid

  • Minimum 1-2 years successful sales experience
  • Cold Calling Experience

Qualifications and Training

  • A-level standard of education or equivalent in Marketing and/or Communications, Business Management or equivalent field

Desirable Experience

  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Startup or SaaS Experience is desirable but not necessary

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Managing the full 360 sales cycle
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
  • Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Sales Executives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Hurree
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Help companies keep track of their most important KPIs
  • Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive
  • You'll learn how a variety of businesses operate, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives

Salary Range £22,000-£30,000 + Uncapped OTE ​
