EU Operational Analyst ( Dutch-speaking )
Sitting within the Insurance operations team, you will be responsible for
supporting our end-to-end operations processes covering all new business,
policy adjustments and renewals.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
·Working with our operations team to manage new business leads and
renewals, supporting quotes, onboarding, and policy adjustment
·Continuous improvement of our processes working with other teams to
automate and streamline processes where appropriate.
·Working on ad-hoc projects to further support new initiatives.
·Be responsible for effective policy administration within the MGA.
·Be responsible for the automated bordereaux production process and
liaison with external carriers and brokers with regards to reporting and
·Identify and lead on process improvements to drive cost efficiency.
We are looking for strong Operational background. Knowledge of Insurance would be a nice to have but not a necessity
