Huel has achieved phenomenal growth since launching in 2015 and from the beginning we have prided ourselves on providing a gold standard experience for our customers. So, we are now looking for a Head of Customer Experience to lead our customer experience team to new heights 🙌
As Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible support when interacting with Huel. ‘Make Customers Happy’ is one of our core values and customer obsession is part of our brand DNA 🧬.

What we're looking for in you
The Head of Customer Experience role is best suited to someone with proven experience in a customer experience management role with a global focus and a track record of hiring, managing and developing a high-performing team 👏 Your leadership and stakeholder management skills will be on point, being Huel's CX Wizard, you will be a data-driven and analytical expert, with proficiency in customer experience software and tools 🔨. We are really looking for someone with a passion for customer experience, a drive for customer experience strategy and someone who can maintain a global CX culture.
