What we're looking for

Our workspace advisory team are evolving as our user base and platform continues to grow. Our Workspace Advisors act as trusted advisors to our clients, run demo meetings to highlight platform features and develop pitches to win new business. We are looking for a sales professional -years of experience are not so important, but this role would be suited for someone earlier in their career who is passionate about sales. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively, be personable, keen to learn and have a ‘bias to action’. At Hubble, we value resourcefulness, creativity, and persistence through failure. Our next Workspace Advisor will have a consultative approach, sound commercial acumen and understand the importance of active listening when engaging with our clients.

The Role

Our workspace advisory team helps guide and advise customers through initial research to find and negotiate the right workspace solution. They are also involved in demos and pitching, following a ‘software sales’ approach when introducing new clients to our platform, its features and its benefits.

You will also be answering questions, arranging & attending viewings, negotiating prices with workspace owners/operators and building long-term relationships with your customers and our workspace partners. You'll need to think critically, interact with empathy, offer creative solutions and quickly become a trusted confidant to our customers. The team currently come into the office on average 2 days per week, this is flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to advise them of our services and fulfil their requests
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Hubble’s proposition and be comfortable pitching the benefits to potential clients.
  • Assist on pitches and demos OR leading, depending on your previous experience
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve the user experience
  • Work closely with the supply team to ensure inventory remains up to date and that we are always offering 100% coverage of the market.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with both tenants, office operators/landlords.
  • Pitch multiple products in the new hybrid world of work, advising clients on their overall workspace strategy, which will likely involve a mixture of on-demand space, WFH, and head office.
  • Regular feedback of insights to influence and improve Hubble’s customer proposition for office searchers and providers.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and identify potential inefficiencies in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload independently.
  • An energetic, passionate, and driven individual who can easily collaborate with others.
  • At ease when communicating with others, whether via email, phone or face-to-face.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable taking the initiative, suggesting improvements and making decisions independent of others.

Big plus if you have

  • Experience in the flexible office sector.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
