Hi I'm Pauline the Head of People at HowNow 👋🏾 I’m looking for a Mixpanel Expert to help us set up some key triggers and dashboards that align with our business goals.

This contract role will help us set up key triggers, events, and dashboards on Mixpanel tailored to our platform's user behavior and business goal

Location: Remote/UK-based
Contract Duration: Up to 4 weeks
Start Date: Immediate

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mixpanel Consultant to assist in setting up key triggers, events, and dashboards customized to our platform’s user behavior and business goals. This short-term engagement is critical in helping us optimize our analytics setup to derive actionable insights that drive user engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand our platform, user behavior, and business objectives.
  • Design and implement a tailored Mixpanel setup, including key event tracking, triggers, and funnels.
  • Build and refine dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights for different business functions.
  • Identify and resolve any implementation issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide a handover and documentation to enable the team to maintain and extend the setup independently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing Mixpanel for SaaS platforms or similar digital products.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior tracking, event management, and analytics frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable insights using Mixpanel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • UK-based with availability to work remotely for up to 4 weeks.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with SaaS or learning technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of integrating Mixpanel with other tools (e.g., CRMs, product engagement tools, etc.).

This role is for a maximum 4-week period and will be paid a competitive daily rate.
