Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to bringing top talent into Healios. We work collaboratively within our team as well as our key stakeholders. We want to stand out from the crowd and provide an expectational experience, innovating in how we attract, recruit and onboard talent.
As a technical sourcer, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead for Tech & Product with a focus on direct sourcing and scheduling across key roles such as: Engineering Managers, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers to name a few! You will also be required to support the wider Talent Acquisition team with various administrative support when needed. We are looking for someone who will care deeply about the candidate journey throughout the hiring process and who can help continue to deliver a seamless experience to both candidates and our internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has a proactive approach along with a high standard of attention to detail and organisational skills.
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a proactive approach to hiring and sourcing activities
Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to help drive a pipeline of talent to meet our hiring needs
Use Data and Market Intelligence to influence the overall sourcing/hiring strategy
Document and share the latest sourcing techniques, methods, and tools with our team
Strong, effective communicator in a virtual first business environment
Interpersonal skills that will enable you to build and foster relationships to create strong networks internally and externally
Excellent organisational, administrative and diary management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
An excellent awareness of ATS systems to allow you to manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle

PRE- EMPLOYMENT CHECKS
As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check may also be required.
