OUR COMPANY:

We’re on a journey to find a mission-driven, experienced, and highly passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing US Team at Meliora Health, a part of Healios - the UK's largest growing digital, remote, behavioral healthcare provider.

9 years ago, we began our quest as a pioneer, providing digitally-led, fully remote, comprehensive behavioral healthcare services for children and adolescents in the UK, which has provided more than 100,000 online sessions and more than 27,000 referrals to date, becoming the UK's largest specialist of behavioral healthcare service for children and teens.

At Meliora Health, we feel passionately about bringing our successful, digital technology healthcare model to the US market, delivering innovative "better" care through our proprietary and proven digital care platform, which includes video-calling capabilities as well as specially designed interactive clinical tools to make it fun and engaging for the child or teen within each session. Family members can also join the sessions remotely, even from different locations, to ensure a family-based experience is made possible for better clinical outcomes. This platform experience is coupled with our in-house training academy to help our clinicians grow and service our patients!

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will develop and deploy effective B2B and B2C strategies to attract and retain patients to Meliora’s practices. You will work very closely with our Director of Partnerships to maximize the value of the partnership – to both parties – with the ultimate goal of driving patient referrals to Meliora. Ideally these are long-term relationships that should increase value to both parties.

Key Duties:

B2C

  • Identify, utilize and optimize patient outreach and targeting channel
  • Develop, implement and optimize content marketing initiatives, both internally and with external vendor
  • Drive online content strategy; web content, online reputation management, business listings and provider profile presence
  • Develop and deploy local SEO strategies so that Meliora shows up in local search results.
  • Track and analyze “user” behavior - Patient funnel; partner with US clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities to improve patient throughput
  • Support company brand and online marketing initiatives; collaborate with the creative media services and digital marketing teams on creative ideas, design options, functionality, implementation and content;

B2B

  • Participate in the strategic planning process for partners;
  • Develop and implement partner specific referral strategies to increase patient volume
  • In collaboration with partners, develop and implement partner specific:
    • online marketing initiatives
    • content
    • Partner website presence
  • Assure Meliora’s presence in partner provider search capabilities, healthplan directories and local directories

WHAT YOU REQUIRE:

Essential

  • B2C marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Analytic skills to understand impact of marketing initiatives
  • Health system experience

Desirable

  • Value-based care
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare
