Our acquisition team is made up of talented individuals, each with their own creative way of building effective relationships. We're high-reaching, collaborative, and brilliant at conversion.

That’s where you come in!

As our new Partnerships Manager, you’ll work closely with the commercial leadership team. You'll quickly take on our existing partner base and implement plans to increase the volume and quality of leads coming from our partner relationships. Drawing on your prior sales and/or partnership experience, you'll capitalise on your expert relationship building techniques to maintain and grow our network.


  • Professional experience in independent lead generation (within software/tech would be a plus)
  • Confident at negotiation contracts and closing new business where necessary
  • You'll be no stranger to public speaking and get genuine enjoyment from hosting workshops and roundtables, and from attending events
  • Knowledge of how to generate and manage pipelines
  • Able to implement partnership delivery plans
  • Enjoy working towards targets and being organised
  • You're an innovative and creative thinker when it comes to maximising partnership value
  • You pride yourself on your brilliant communication skills and ability to connect with people


For this role, the salary will be between £35k and £45k, depending on experience. We also pay commission for results over your target. In addition to your salary and commission, we are offering a place where you can be yourself, develop your skills and fulfil your potential. We also have a flexible approach to working.
