If this sounds like you, read on!

GrantTree is the UK’s leading innovation funding consultancy, specialising in R&D Tax Credits, grants, and Video Game Tax Relief. We work with some of the country’s most groundbreaking businesses, helping them to maximise their government funding opportunities and build technologies that will change the world. We have ambitious plans for the future and are looking for bright, passionate, and conscientious people to join our R&D Tax Credits delivery team.

That’s where you come in!

As an Account Manager in our R&D Tax Credits delivery team, you will be working with our technical and financial experts to deliver tax credit claims for your book of clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your clients, managing day-to-day communications, and ensuring an excellent standard of service. Within 3 months, you will be expected to gain a deep understanding of the R&D Tax Relief scheme, as well as the other funding services we provide. We also will look to you to propose enhancements to our delivery processes, and work with your colleagues to execute those enhancements across our client base. Lastly, as you develop within the Account Management role you will be expected to nurture new business opportunities through client referrals and expanding existing accounts.

On a typical day you might:

  • Host discovery calls with clients, ensuring the delivery team receives all the information they need to complete a claim
  • Give feedback to various stakeholders at tactical meetings in order to improve delivery standards
  • Proactively check in with your clients to deepen your relationships
  • Availability for a full-time position
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience
