📍Location - Based in our lovely Sheffield office 3 days per week, the other 2 days are up to you!
💸 Base salary + commission = realistic OTE of £38k-£40k
ABOUT THE ROLE
Vouch’s mission is to help provide the best renting experience in the world and we’re on the hunt for a Platform Sales Consultant to help us achieve this.
It’s an exciting time for our Sales team as we're introducing more letting agencies than ever to the power of Vouch, this is a great opportunity to join a company where our product is constantly evolving!
You’ll be running the sales process with the support of Vouch’s Product and Success teams. This will be through a mix of 360 sales where you will be generating your own leads, demo’ing and closing incoming enquiries and qualified leads passed from our marketing and junior sales consultants. Vouch’s success will be yours to own as you contribute to making the company a household name.
No two days are ever the same at Vouch so the need to be agile and a fast decision maker is a must. The pace we move at also means priorities will change and you’ll need to be comfortable with this (we’ll support you!). This is a great opportunity where you're encouraged to take on as much responsibility as you can. Your drive and imagination is your limit, not your job title. We’re constantly evolving and growing and you’ll need to embrace change. On a day to day basis, these are the things that will be keeping you busy.
The day to day:
- Running the sales process ranging from 360 sales, to taking on qualified leads from our Marketing and Junior Sales Consultants - there's lots to do, you won't need to be making calls all the time, you'll be doing product demos, closing etc.)
- Contributing towards marketing strategies
- Attending key events
- Ensuring our product roadmap is aligned with customer goals/challenges
- Building and nurturing your network within the Lettings Industry
ABOUT YOU:
You should apply if:
- You're known and respected for constantly hitting / exceeding targets
- You're an expert in solution selling
- You know the sweet spot between being commercially minded and customer focused
- You have a reassuring and charming phone manner: you can build rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively with, or without, being face-to-face
- You're incredibly persistent and have the ability to engage with senior level decision makers
- You inspire others and motivate your teammates to raise their game
- You're a great storyteller with the ability to convince others of the value of implementing Vouch (which will be easy when you see how awesome it is!)
- You're tech savvy and quick at picking up new systems
- You're an excellent communicator, over the phone, in person and on paper
- You're resilient, flexible and will roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- You're a self starter who is always looking develop and improve
- You set the pace: you have a mindset of good is not good enough and there's always opportunity to improve
- You're always looking to push yourself and go above and beyond to exceed your on target earning
And it would be super great if:
- You already have some knowledge of the residential property industry
- Experience of selling a SaaS or selling solutions into the residential property industry
