Job Description

💸 Base salary + commission = realistic OTE of £34k in year one (commission can be earned through sales and behavioural targets)

📍 Location - Primarily remote (Should be within 60-90 minutes of London E1, as we need you in the office 4 times a month for training, collaboration and wellbeing - travel paid)

We are looking for experienced telesales agents to sell tenants insurance through warm leads.

Targets are not purely based on sales but also activity and behaviours, e.g. meeting, and ideally exceeding, QA pass rates. You will be rewarded with a newly structured commission scheme based on these combined targets.

We are looking for consultants with experience in outbound phone calls that have a purpose - to sell!!

Requirements of the Role:

Experience with high volume (90+ calls per day) outbound sales calls

Experience in B2C closing within sales calls

Possess great organisational skills and time management to get the most out of each day - you’ll be switching between various IT systems so it’s important you are organised

You must have a positive attitude and a resilient attitude - maintaining this throughout the whole day.
