First and foremost, our people are always at the core of what we do here at Freestyle. We’re a really friendly bunch and we love working, collaborating (and having a laugh) together.
What’s more, we’ve fostered a culture of trust, and we believe in giving our people the autonomy to own and shape their role, and work flexibly around their personal commitments and interests. We’ve created a truly safe environment where people can innovate, create, play and experiment.
We promote a ‘fail fast, learn fast’ mentality with a genuine understanding that we’re all human, so if you've ever looked for an opportunity to make a role your own, this is it.
Our rural, barn conversion (dog friendly) offices are based just outside of Leamington Spa in Warwickshire. We are currently operating a Hybrid working model (1 day a week in the office) - although given our fully Flexified status we're open to discussions with the right candidate who maybe a little further afield (UK based only at this stage please).
