Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for pulling together all creative & logistical elements required for a successful video production project. All the while, maintaining a high-degree of communication with the FourthRev team and the client.

You’ll also ensure the production team meets scheduled goals. This entails a range of oversight of work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production activities for maximum performance of projects.

What your day to day will look like with us

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects relating to the Education sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
• Ensuring assets are ready pre production
• Stakeholders needs are met
• Production runs to schedule on set
• Coordinate editing and review workflows, and from time to time, participate in the the review process
• Maintain all equipment, overseeing schedule and fulfillment of rentals, new purchases, repairs and storage.
• Work closely with the video production team to manage post production workflows
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process

The position is a mixture of remote and in-person when required for shoot days. Shoots are currently based in London and so the ideal candidate will be based in or within easy reach of this location.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience managing production and post production workflows
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work in a fast paced environment. Prior experience working as a production coordinator / studio manager
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High regard for quality assurance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
