What you'll be doing with us

• Oversee the pedagogical quality assurance and control of all FourthRev courses;
• Define and execute product strategy while ensuring Product team is enabled on strategy;
• Define and execute measures of success to evaluate effectiveness of products and inform improvement plans';
• Ensure the appropriate development of FourthRev product to meet the required standards, across all components including but not limited to:
  • Written materials;
  • Graphical materials;
  • Video materials;
  • Assessment tasks and activities;
  • Peer-to-peer activities;
  • Other required learning activities to support engaging learning in all of online, face-to-face and blended learning environments;
• Consult and engage with academic and administrative staff of FourthRev education partners to understand and deliver to critical product requirements;
• Lead the continuous improvement and uplift of FourthRev portfolio products, liaising with education and industry partners where relevant and possible;
• Lead other team-members, external SMEs and service providers to ensure development of materials to required standards, including accessibility, quality, sustainability requirements, and others as required;
• Ensure all FourthRev products are to an industry-leading standard, ensuring fit-for-purpose design for varying audiences, qualification levels and use-cases;
• Manage varying development projects in-line with organisational timelines and budgets.

What you'll need to to succeed

• Bachelor's or master’s degree, ideally in education or digital technology
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experience
• Experience in live and live virtual classroom design, leveraging technology to enhance the experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Experience in designing blended learning solutions including curating content
• Knowledge of Agile and user centric design principles
• Strong project management skills
• Experience working with remote international teams would be a benefit
