The Service Delivery function is at the heart of the day to day running of Form3 Services. This is a growing team who work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to deliver the best-in-class support for our customers. The team is central to the Form3 expansion strategy and tasked with driving forward one global support model across our tech platform. As we expand on our global presence, we continue to pursue growth within the team with learning and development a huge part of our team discipline. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team at one of Europe's most exciting technology companies. As a Service Delivery Analyst at Form3, you will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate as a key member of all the great functions within Service Delivery, with heavy focus on the end-to-end responsibility of incidents, and the day to day of RUN Services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as first point of contact for queries into the Form3 Portal
  • Show ownership and accountability for resolving issues
  • Produce Management and Customer information as required via reporting and metrics
  • Document and update incident supported tools
  • Incident Management support


We are looking for passionate people that are interested in payments and FinTech. We're open to speaking with candidates that are earlier on in their careers within Service Delivery, who ideally have a general awareness of Incident Management and a high-level understanding of incident priorities and impact. However, if you can show a real interest in the role and Form3, alongside a hunger and aptitude for learning, we would be happy to consider your application:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong analytical/fault finding/troubleshooting skills
  • A collaborative approach to working with internal teams/functions
  • Effective time management skills
  • Experience within a customer facing role, ideally B2B
  • Experience of Operations/Service Management is ideal but not essential
