Customer Success Associate - Ireland
Flipdish allows restaurants to take orders online in an instant. Our technology powers millions of transactions across thousands of restaurants worldwide. With a branded website, mobile app, or self-service kiosk powered by Flipdish’s world-class technology, hospitality brands can directly accept digital orders without having to list on marketplace platforms.
You’ll join us in an incredibly exciting phase of transition and growth, as we rapidly expand our development and product teams in Ireland, UK, and internationally.

Role
Due to our continued growth, Flipdish is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Associate .
This person will join the Success & Sales team in Ireland with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with Flipdish customers and help the Irish hospitality industry thrive!
The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge in a hyper-growth environment. You should have a passion for building and developing business relationships and be willing to take on new challenges and input to the company’s growth.
What we need from you
- Ensure our customers are getting maximum value from their partnership with Flipdish
- Look after a client book of around 300 small-medium spend accounts
- Expand our revenue potential in accounts, increase renewal rates, and reduce client churn
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, integration of our solution, improvement of customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
- Align with the Customer Success Team and Management Team around key metrics and objectives
- Interpret and drive action on “at-risk” customers
You must have:
- Demonstrable experience in looking after a large book of business, likely in a Customer Success or Sales role
- Proven track record in positively growing accounts and minimizing churn
- The ability to look at longer-term plans and set the direction for clients
- Results-focused with a can-do-attitude
- Comfortable in using data to make decisions
- Consistency in smashing targets and goals
- An open, honest, and collaborative working style
