We work with companies to get them discovered as truly flexible places to work, by verifying them through our two-stage Flexification™ process. Our platform enables users to find out which companies offer the working environment that they want through our flexibility filters.
We have over 400,000 users, 150+ companies, and we are just closing our latest round of funding… So, we are looking for someone to take product at Flexa to the next level!
This role is our first ever product hire, and will take full ownership of product at Flexa on both the B2B and D2C side of the business.
Day-to-day tasks will include 📩
Analysing site data to understand behaviour on the Flexa website (Lucky Orange, Google Analytics, etc.) and testing changes to optimise this behaviour and encourage the actions that we want.
Working with our designer to improve site pages and user journeys, we work fast at Flexa, so a key part of this role will be managing the rollout of updates and new features with the tech and design team.
Working with our marketing team to increase conversion and acquisition from our adverts across all social platforms (including working on CTAs, landing pages, onboarding flows, etc.)
User testing and market research to ensure that we are the best product in the market, and retain our competitive advantage.
The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑
At least 2 years of product management experience
Experience or interest in optimising conversion from marketing and advertising
A solid set of generalist product management skills, as this is our first product hire, you’ll be picking up a lot of things and running with them!
Experience working directly with technical and design teams (e.g. not via a project manager)

Experience with a two-sided product / marketplace
User testing experience, or at least an interest in learning about it!
Experience optimising landing pages, A/B testing, and analysing the data from those tests
Previously worked in a startup environment
Some analytics / data visualisation skills - particularly with Google Analytics

An office that you can use if you wish, based near Broadway Market in East London, but there’s no obligation to come in more than once a month on our nominated team day
