We have over 600,000 users, work with 160+ companies, and we have just closed our £2.3m Seed Round… So, we are looking for someone to come in as our first ever senior leadership hire (outside of the Co-Founders).
This role is a pivotal one for Flexa as it is our first senior leadership hire, and will (hopefully!) provide strategic guidance, extensive management expertise, and impressive commercial experience.

This role will take ownership of "growth", but what does that mean? 🤔
We are an early-stage startup with big ambitions: to be synonymous with flexibility. We want people to think that if a company isn't on Flexa, they aren't flexible, and for everyone around the world to use Flexa as a source of truth when hunting for their next company.
This is a two-sided role, as it will oversee both B2B and D2C growth from a marketing, brand and product perspective.
Ultimately, we are searching for a highly strategic and super-smart individual with brilliant commercial acumen and the drive to help us to scale Flexa to being the global source of truth when it comes to working environments.
The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑
Senior growth experience at a tech startup / scaleup; having previously scaled a user-base and revenue into the millions.
Strategic leadership experience (managing a team of >10 people)
An analytical mind. We have loads of data, but we don't do enough with it. We are looking for someone to come in and challenge our assumptions, prioritise our next steps, and look at the company with a "growth" lens using data, instinct, and creativity.
Willingness to learn and take full ownership of your role, we need both a thinker and a doer.
A love for flexible working and a true belief in the potential of the Flexa platform

- Scaling user growth into the millions of users
- Owning the strategy behind the lead generation, messaging, and proposition needed to reach seven figure ARR in the short-term, and eight figure in the medium term
- Leading a high performing team of people with clear goals and priorities that strive for continual improvement
- Strategic leadership from a process, insights, and analytical perspective
- Autonomy - we want to work with someone, not manage them, so this will be a huge part of the success of this individual

c.45 days holiday! We offer 2 week-long company shut down periods, plus 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
Flexible working! Work wherever you want (we can only support being based in the UK at the moment, though). We meet once a month in London for a co-working day and some drinks afterwards.
An office that you can use if you wish, based near Broadway Market in East London; for this role, we’d hope to have a little more face-to-face time than once a month (maybe 1 or 2 days per week in the office, but we can be flexible).
