We're usually very transparent with salary (because a lack of salary is usually a 🚩 ) but, because of the nature of this role, the range would be enormous! We have over 500,000 users, work with 180+ companies, and we have just closed our £2.3m Seed Round… So, we are looking for someone to come in as our first ever senior leadership hire (outside of the Co-Founders).
This role is a pivotal hire for Flexa and will take full ownership of the Commercial Department, providing strategic guidance, extensive management expertise, and impressive commercial experience.

This role will take ownership of both new and retained business, throughout the customer lifecycle. The successful applicant will have total autonomy and responsibility over shaping Flexa’s future on the B2B side of the business.
This role will directly oversee a team of three people to begin with: our Head of Sales, Krys; our Sales Executive, Sophie; and our Account Manager, Oliver. The CRO / Commercial Director will also be in charge of growing the Commercial team and leading on hiring decisions.
Ultimately, we are searching for a highly strategic and super-smart individual with brilliant commercial acumen and the drive to scale the B2B side of the business.

Senior commercial experience at a tech startup / scaleup; big bonus points for HR Tech
Strategic leadership experience
B2B sales experience with both new and existing clients

Flexible working! Work wherever you want (we can only support being based in the UK at the moment, though). We meet once a month in London for a co-working day and some drinks afterwards.
An office that you can use if you wish, based near Broadway Market in East London; for this role, we’d hope to have a little more face-to-face time than once a month (maybe 1 or 2 days per week in the office, but we can be flexible).
