Job Description’s Content Intelligence helps people to learn the skills they need for their jobs. We use AI to find the best and most relevant learning content for large enterprises with enormous digital learning libraries, to help educate and engage their learners.

We’re a curious, considerate, thoughtful, multicultural team with a passion for learning.

Our users have described our products as “like an Intellectual Disneyland for adults”, and we have won multiple awards for innovation in education technology. Founded over 10 years ago, we are venture-backed, and have a stellar client list (such as GSK, Ericsson and Capgemini).

  • Focus on what matters most

  • Highly numerate

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Can lead without authority by inspiring others. And comfortable challenging senior stakeholders

Location & Hours:

This is marked as a full-time role. In practice, we can offer some flexibility around hours.

This role would benefit from regular contact with the UK-based Leadership Team, so we expect you’re probably UK-based (with right to work in the UK), or a close timezone, and ideally able to meet in London at least every few weeks (flexible).

We moved out of our London (Shoreditch) office over the pandemic, and currently meet up in co-working spaces regularly. We are considering whether to establish a permanent office again in future.

Diversity & Inclusion:

We care deeply about making Filtered an inclusive and diverse place to work.

We encourage applications from all demographics and backgrounds, and we don’t make decisions based on gender, class, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other personal characteristics unrelated to the role.

We understand that everyone has different lifestyles and we're open to flexible working (see Location & hours).

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package - private healthcare, life insurance, mental health support, pension, remote working provision, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, 25 days holiday and bank holidays, and a personal development budget.

You’ll probably have four interviews, including a short take-home task, on-site visit, and a final reference check before we make an offer.

You will report into the Chief Product Officer. You will probably manage 1-2 people.

We aim to be responsive, and won’t leave you hanging. We look forward to hearing from you!

More about Content Intelligence:

Our product focus, Content Intelligence, allows large organisations to manage and make most value from learning content. Our clients typically own libraries of hundreds of thousands of 'learning assets' - online courses, videos, articles, internally-produced explainers etc. But those resources are chaotically organised and so unmanageable. The teams in charge of learning in these organisations cannot do their job of enabling people to access the most relevant content.

Content Intelligence takes these unmanageable libraries, and organises and tags them with the skills that are critical to the organisation. This unlocks the buried potential of the content. With Content Intelligence, our clients' learning teams can

  • tell how much content they have in support of their skills priorities, where it is duplicated and unnecessary, where there are gaps they need to fill.

  • efficiently build playlists and fulfil requests for material relating to a topic or skill

  • improve the effectiveness of their existing learning technology; search and algorithmic recommendations work better with well organised and tagged content.

You can read more in this article about 'content chaos', the problem Content Intelligence solves.

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Filtered provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Filtered is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.
