Senior Product Manager
Filtered.com’s Content Intelligence helps people to learn the skills they need for their jobs. We use AI to find the best and most relevant learning content for large enterprises with enormous digital learning libraries, to help educate and engage their learners.

Experience as a Product Manager (or related) for at least 2 years

Excellent decision-making and prioritisation skills.
Comfortable working with imperfect information from multiple sources, to check assumptions and feed into the product roadmap
Problem-oriented - prioritise a thorough understanding of the underlying issue/business outcome before jumping to a solution
Technically-minded - can work closely with engineers, recognise risks in technical solutions, and make early feasibility assessments
Focus on what matters most
Nice to have, but not required:
Can lead without authority by inspiring others. And comfortable challenging senior stakeholders
Data-driven and experienced running experiments to test hypotheses. But also understand the value of qualitative evidence
Good understanding and eye for UI/UX design, and can clearly communicate your ideas visually through prototyping
Attention to detail
Confident public speaking and storytelling, e.g. for presenting internally, enterprise sales calls, training, and product discovery conversations
Data science/machine learning approaches (e.g. NLP, search, classification, recommendations)
Experience working in a startup, in a B2B environment selling to large enterprises, or in the learning & development space
Location & Hours:
This is marked as a full-time role. In practice, we can offer some flexibility around hours.
This role would benefit from regular contact with the UK-based Leadership Team, so we expect you’re probably UK-based (with right to work in the UK), or a close timezone, and ideally able to meet in London at least every few weeks (flexible).
We moved out of our London (Shoreditch) office over the pandemic, and currently meet up in co-working spaces regularly. We are considering whether to establish a permanent office again in future.

You’ll probably have four interviews, including a short take-home task, on-site visit, and a final reference check before we make an offer.
You will report into the Chief Product Officer. You will probably manage 1-2 people.

Our clients typically own libraries of hundreds of thousands of 'learning assets' - online courses, videos, articles, internally-produced explainers etc. But those resources are chaotically organised and so unmanageable.
