TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLEthe VM Manager is responsible for managing brand-enhancing stores product display, managing vm design team for the execution of visual standards and all the visual outcomes and managing the production of VM tool and window creativity for all NGG brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage the Visual Merchandising team by setting clear guidelines, organize the Visual Merchandising calendar, evaluate reports and define corrective actions, ensuring the correct performance of the VM display of all NGG brands
  • Create, plan and implement the windows plan in line with the brands communication strategy, monitoring of all visual merchandising executions and sell out performance
  • Create reports and presentations for the board / art directors
  • Manage design team who is in charge of designing windows, pop-ups and visual tools
  • Manage production team ensuring the projects are produced and live in each store respecting design standard quality within timing and budget
  • Liaise with the Merchandising, Communication, Retail teams for the planning of special events and activities
  • Manage and control budgets associated with departmental expenses

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5-7 years working within a similar role, strong VM background demonstrating detailed knowledge of display processes and technical disciplines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • Strong Managerial skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Adobe CS, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
