We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.
THE ROLEYou will play a key role in supporting the execution and maintenance of visual standards and visual merchandising guidelines of franchisee, dos stores and wholesale for the brand Off-White
WHAT YOU WILL DO· Organize VM visits and store set-ups to make sure all stores and partners are updated and aligned to the VM guidelines· Training in store to ensure that Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines.· Manages the communication with direct stores and partners providing feedbacks and recommendations on VM presentation standards· Digital material management/reviews ensuring compliance with timeline agreed· Produce communications and report to HQ VM to provide constant updates and business analysis · Support HQ identifying VM and product training needs and store visual tools requirements· Support the stores and partners by selecting the VM tools necessary and supervising the process between the stores and the suppliers· Support coordination between HQ VM and stores’ team for seasonal VM installations for product launches· Seasonal VM tools stock check to ensure a correct store maintenance
WHO YOU ARE· At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role in luxury retail companies· Frequent travels and store visits are required· Flexibility in timework· Detail oriented, aesthetic sensibility· Good planning and organization skillsAbility in finding creative and alternative solutions to each needSoft skills: proactive, teamwork, positivity
