Job Description

The position is part of the Visual Merchandising Department. This role will be responsible of supporting the execution and maintenance of visual standards and visual merchandising guidelines at a WW level

What you will do

  • Benchmarking Analysis: wholesale, retail and franchising partner competitors and trends by actively monitoring market trends in order to identify opportunities and VM strategies
  • Support in identifying VM and product training needs and store visual tools requirements
  • Set - up analysis for product zoning
  • Support in planning store visits and conduct regular store visits to monitor and provide VM training and guidelines
  • Support in planning and executing showroom set-ups for sales campaign
  • Support in developing visual set-up in store guaranteeing that product displays and possible windows display/pop-ups reflect promptly visual guidelines
  • Manages the communication with partners providing feedbacks and recommendations on product style and visual presentation standards
  • Digital material management/reviews ensuring compliance with timeline agreed
  • Training in store to ensure that Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines.

Who you are

  • At least 3/4 years of working experience in a similar role in luxury retail companies
  • Detail oriented, aesthetic sensibility
  • Soft skills: proactive, teamwork
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
