CREATIVE OPERATIONSWe're a creative family, building copy, data, and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH E-commerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold-standard imagery, content, and digital production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.
PORTOOur Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cozy environment. THE ROLEAs a Solutions Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients on Farfetch Platform Solutions, working on collecting requirements, designing the Creative Operations solution, and implementing and documenting it. With this, you’ll ensure a smooth transition to the BAU phase. We are looking for someone who is resilient, with a strong sense of critical thinking and negotiation skills able to operate in a creative environment. You are eager to learn and embrace challenges, bringing a disruptive mindset to the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Actively listen to customer requirements and recognize their needs;
  • Lead end-to-end integration projects with partners to launch new solutions into the marketplace and platform;
  • Plan, coordinate, and track cross-functional work streams across product, technology, and operational teams to bring a new client to the Farfetch platform;
  • Be the point of contact between partners/brands and Creative Operations for solutions design;
  • Develop and deliver presentations internally, and externally to showcase solutions, as well as document the end-to-end solution;
  • Identify issues and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve problems;
  • Monitors the success of the solution during and after implementation.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • => 4 years’ experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in documenting processes and procedures.
  • Strong capability of adaptation to creative processes and environment.
  • Team mediator, with great communication, engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and critical. Transforms issues into solutions.
  • Being fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
  • Must have Microsoft proficiency.
