In our Guimarães and Porto offices, you can experience the latest fashion trends in our European Production sites, and in our Braga, Porto, and Lisbon offices you can immerse yourself in the tech world!THE ROLE:UX Content Designers at Farfetch Platform ensures that the design of our products uses content and information effectively and appropriately, allowing our business clients to be efficient in their processes. Their work involves the design of end-to-end journeys for customers and internal users as part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with UX Researchers and product designers. Content Designers use research to understand customers/users and gather evidence to identify their needs. They formulate hypotheses, gain insights from data and customer research and product testing and use those insights and findings to help their team make informed decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Research, design, and test content experiences across all our user-facing B2B tools
  • Bring expertise to help shape a long-term content strategy for our Platform Products
  • Use user research to structure and organize complex information and translate it into simple, usable experiences
  • Ensure that the right and consistent content is shown at the right moment in user journeys
  • Support definition of the ways of working (workflows, governance, patterns, and principles) that lead to the implementation of content strategies
  • Collaborate with localization experts to write, test, and iterate on task-focussed interface labels and copy (ie. UX copy rather than creative or product information)
  • Support the design and the development of the Platform Design System through UX copy support as well as helping to design the documentation and taxonomy for the system in a scalable way
  • Support the design and development of our products navigation by creating controlled vocabularies, taxonomies, and information structures
  • Use analytical and research skills to identify opportunities to improve the UX of products
  • Run comprehension evaluations, conduct content audits, analysis of readability measures
  • Create content concepts and prototypes to visualize your work in context to support product testing and show stakeholders the impact of changes

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have some experience in researching, designing, and testing content experiences as part of multidisciplinary product teams in agile environments
  • You have worked and understand the value of using analytics and content metrics such as readability, qualitative research, digital analytics, etc. to help you frame problems/opportunities
  • Experience in evaluating quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience in designing conversational UI
  • High knowledge in designing for inclusivity and accessibility
  • You have the ability to identify, analyze, manage and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders.
