SÃO PAULOAs a remote position, you can choose between work remotely or on site in our São Paulo office located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
THE ROLE We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer for our Backend teams. You will play a critical role in helping teams to deliver high-quality services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work within an Agile Team
  • Spread the word about Test Automation and Continuous Delivery mindset across the team
  • Coach junior QA engineers and developers on testing and QA best practices
  • Design, develop, execute and maintain automation suite and test data with Robot Framework
  • Develop tests for backend APIs
  • Work with other QA team members to develop test plans advising on automated test coverage
  • Design, Execute and Analyse manual and automated test coverage and automate high-risk and high-effort areas
  • Review and analyze automation test results
  • Prepare test status report
  • Coach other team members on test best practices
  • Spread the word about Quality, Test Automation, and Continuous Delivery across the teams

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Testing and Quality Assurance within agile teams
  • A professional with a strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development
  • Experienced in testing restful APIs
  • Experienced in automated API testing tools such Postman, RobotFramework and RestAssured
  • Experienced with a CI tool ex. (Gitlab, Jenkins) and work with the team on implementing CI/CD processes required
  • Knowledgeable in programming languages such as C#
  • Pro-efficient in providing clear Automated Results Reports based on test cycles
  • A professional who is comfortable collaborating with other Testers, Software Engineers, and Product Leads
  • Experienced with tools such as Extent, TestNG, Apache LOG4J, Practitest and JIRA is a plus
  • An excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A person with strong analyst background
  • Have advanced English skills
  • Influent and able to spread automation and Quality Assurance best practices
  • Experience in contract-based testing is valued
  • We also value: ISTQB certifications, experience with contract/pact testing, MongoDB, and Docker
