Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections.THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Senior Production Developer to oversee the full production process for our sports collection. You will manage all production phases cross category including apparel and footwear for the NGG brands, ensuring all products meet cost, quality, and brand objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee raw materials requirements and stock availability to guarantee the demand plan
- Create production books for suppliers with fitting notes and packaging and labeling guidelines
- Precise and constant monitoring and analysis of assigned orders
- Organize and participate in production fittings, quality checks, and fit of products together with the product department and external suppliers
- Manage the shipment of samples and coordinate the delivery of production to the warehouse ensuring strict deadlines are met
- Enter data into ERP and PLM systems updating and archiving documents
- Liaise with the product development team and build and manage relationships with suppliers
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ year's experience in a similar position preferably in a sports brand
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proven experience in garment construction, sports performance fabrics and accessories
- Extensive network of suppliers with experience managing them
- Good knowledge and use of Adobe suite particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of English written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
- Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
- Available for national and international travel
