RETAIL

We're a collaborative and creative team, utilising our expertise and passion in product and styling combined with state of the art technology, to deliver a truly unique and personalised shopping experiences for our clients, both in store and online.

LONDON

Our two retail boutiques are located in London. Our flagship boutique is located on Brook Street in the heart of Mayfair, and comprises four stunning levels of architectural delight, a unique edit of luxury fashion, and allows for an immersive customer experience connected at all touchpoints. Our Browns East boutique is located in Shoreditch and is a real creative and artistic hub; a true gem in the local community.

THE ROLE

The Senior Operations Specialist helps accomplish the Browns Vision to be the luxury retail experience of the future and our mission of being the most conscious and connected luxury experience in the world. Reporting to the Senior Customer Operations Manager, you will promote a luxury customer experience by creating and optimising seamless, efficient and sustainable operational processes. This is an exciting role, working across retail operations, customer experience, service and company wide projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will support the stores, club and export teams to achieve a luxury customer experience and commercial value to the business through operational excellence.
  • You will support driving improvements on Measurements including Customer (NPS, Trust Pilot), Operational (Out of Stock) and Commercial (ATV, Conversion).
  • You will work in collaboration with the customer care team and "Joy of Service" team to guide Measurement improvements and explore opportunities to further enhance the Browns Customer Service / Services proposition.
  • You will use your retail operations expertise, collaborative approach to play a meaningful role in important projects and teams.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are collaborative, experienced in working in teams and coordinating matrix projects.
  • You are strategic with the ability to forward plan, identify risk and opportunity.
  • You have experience in process design, optimisation and improvement.
  • You understand logistics and can work through complex, multi-channel procedures.
  • You have with experience reducing costs, increasing sales and delivering added value.
