BIGLIOur office in Via Bigli is the heartbeat of Off White where Virgil’s creative and inspirational input is seen throughout the space. Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White THE ROLEReporting directly to the Vice President, Merchandising, the Senior Merchandising Manager will be in charge of building a solid merchandising strategy at WW level for womenswear, considering regional specificities and representing the brand’s vision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will define the collection plan for all the WRTW product categories of the Brand at the WW level, based on the needs of the market, the trends, and the strategic vision of the brand, in strong cooperating with the Design and Product teams
  • You will define the Master Order in accordance with the different needs of the markets, trying to find the right balance between commercial inputs and image of the collections
  • You will identify strategic product initiatives – benchmarking key factors to ensure successful product positioning and launch
  • You will analyze collection performance and share results with the planning team to support quantitative analysis
  • You will participate in the evolution of strategies through an in-depth understanding of the Brand’s vision and intimate knowledge of the brand and the WW market
  • You will monitor the development of the collections and constantly coordinate with the product and style team to ensure adherence with the shared merchandising plan at the beginning of the collection
  • You will collaborate in the collection pricing process to achieve the Company's profit margins

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have previous experience of at least 8 years in a Collection merchandising team in fashion/luxury companies at the WW level with a strategic vision, as well with people management.
  • You have strong product sensitivity, with knowledge of markets and competitors.
  • You have analytical skills, particularly in sales, sell-in and sell-out data, and performance evaluation.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar path.
  • You have deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
