Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class.

THE ROLE

We bring the six Positively Inclusive goals for the Farfetch Group, through strategic planning, subject matter expertise and program management. You'll working in partnership with the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Chief People Officer & VP, People Lifecycle to achieve our 2030 Positively Inclusive People Goals. Your role will provide subject matter expertise advisory and portfolio management support to all functional and geographical areas of the People Team and Partners to collectively achieve the D&I People agenda across the FARFETCH Group and our entities. You will also be an expert and best practice advocate of DEI employment, ethics and compliance impacts, bringing ideas on how we achieve best-in-class DEI People practices across the Group. You will report to the VP, People Lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will support the Director of DEI, Chief People Officer & VP, People Lifecycle to establish the end-to-end DEI approach, including vision, priorities and subsequent activity
  • You will work with People Leaders/Partners to achieve the Project portfolio and prioritization process for diversity & inclusion People projects, across the Farfetch Group
  • You will partner with the Business, People team, DEI Champions and Farfetch People Communities (ERG's) to offer subject matter expertise and specialist advice, informed by leading practices and in-depth cross-industry experience
  • You will design and implement the Farfetch D&I People governance framework for the Group, providing end-to-end oversight of all People related projects with People Communities, local teams and DEI Champions
  • You will partner with Ethics & Compliance to uphold standards for the Anti-Harassment Committee, People Conflicts Policy and Code of Conduct, including education of the People Team, Anti-Harassment Committee Members and team members
  • You will build relationships with Senior Leaders, People Communities and Positively Inclusive Champions, at pace, to ensure our approach to diversity & inclusion is built from within
  • You will partner with relevant team members to use metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress, monitor success and areas of development within our six Positively Inclusive goals
  • You will track global and local industry trends, standards, changes in law, human rights, ethics and compliance, considering how developments could affect Farfetch

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have excellent Diversity & Inclusion knowledge, expertise and best practice thinking for global organizations
  • You have at least 5+ years working within a DEI position or a HR Business Partner position
  • You have experience working in a D&I role for a growing organization, within a People function
  • You are understand and translate our priorities into a DEI agenda and strategy
  • You have solid analytical capabilities, and a data-centric approach to providing strategic insight to leaders and supporting recommendations
  • You have an understand regional cultural sensitivities, local DEI needs and nuances
  • You will develop professional relationships quickly, working as a strategic partner to the business, building trust with senior leaders throughout
  • You are communicator at all levels, with an ability to influence team members through supportive discussions and the provision of best practice advice
  • You excel when organized with planning, prioritization and business-wide project management skills, guided by determination and tenacity
  • You seek out new DEI trends and external insights, maintaining knowledge and depth of legal understanding, to ensure the business remains competitive, fit for the future and legally compliant
