NGG is part of the FARFETCH Group and recently created a spin off business NGGH++ that will be a growth accelerator and an incubator of new ideas, brands and businesses.
TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLENGGH++ is currently looking for a Senior FP&A Manager that, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A and functionally to the General Manager, will act as a business partner and decision maker, providing regular financial reporting to the senior management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Coordinate budget and business plan preparation with budget control responsibility on NGGH++ business units, with particular focus on industrial and wholesale channels;· Manage and coordinate reforecast process;· Be responsible for ad-hoc analysis on financial monthly/quarterly results of NGGH++ to be presented to the Management and the Parent Company;· Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting with the Parent Company;· Support in the phase of design and implementation of a Cost Accounting System.· Ensure business presentations to several stakeholders when required (management, shareholders, investor relation...).· Ensure constant alignment with other finance and controlling team and with NGGH and NGGH++ other functions in order to better achieve all the goals.
WHO YOU ARE· BA in Economics or similar· At least 10 years of experience in Finance, also covering a managerial role (better if in the fashion industry)· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)· Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency) and Dynamics 365· Knowledge of statutory Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international IAS/IFRS· Knowledge of Cost Accounting and its applications· Previous experience in implementing an internal reporting system· Strong analytical skills, previous experience in data analytics and/or data mining (and knowledge of related software)· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure· Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment REWARDS & BENEFITS· Competitive salary (aligned to your professional experience)· Lunch tickets· Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including Farfetch and Browns· Be part of a young, dynamic and innovative company with over 40 different nationalities· Brand new headquarters located in the center of Milan EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT· New Guards Group is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
