THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Senior Distributor Manager. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role drives revenue with third-party distributors in Europe. Managing a small team, you will develop and implement effective strategic plans and will build and maintain long-term partnerships with your business partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will drive profitable and sustainable growth for distributors across Europe.
- You will lead the development of account strategies and provide plans and forecasts on account performance.
- You will establish and maintain long-term partnerships with your accounts. You will manage and coach a small team of Distributor Representatives. You will report on competitor activities and propose actions to increase revenue.
- You will drive account profitability using relevant commercial and business planning and insight tools.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in a similar retail sales or business development role, ideally working in the apparel or footwear industry.
- You can create and implement successful sales strategies for high-revenue accounts.
- You have strong planning and negotiation skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and can build long-term partnerships with accounts.
- You can lead and coach a small team (at least one direct report).
- You have experience in the sports retail industry (desirable but not essential).
