Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the officeTHE ROLEReporting to the Retail Operations Manager you will manage all retail operations activities related to WW Off-White stores, by ensuring that they run efficiently. Cooperates to design retail procedures as needed and support their implementation through a complete overview of store processes and a careful management of all needs

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and organize inventories (quarterly ones and weekly rotative)
  • Estimate the requirements of each retail store to facilitate provision of needed resources (packaging, uniforms, stationery)
  • Liaise with Store Manager and Stock Manager for daily activities and trainings
  • Preparation and distribution of retail and markdown prices
  • Liaise with finance team for monthly reconciliations and stock movements
  • Analyze and monitor KPI's, discounts, and stock movements between stores
  • Liaise with customer service for EOS returns and central warehouse movements
  • Development of store procedures and ways to simplify store processes
  • Store openings and frequent in-store visits
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, contracts, and invoicing processes

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail operations environment
  • Master of Science in Economics
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task successfully
  • Able to work under pressure and to manage strict deadlines
  • Team worker and fast learner
  • Confident with IT
  • Knowledge of RetailPro is a plus
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Problem solving skills are key
