TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE The main mission of the role is to contribute in building a solid central buying strategy at WW level for the brand Off-WhiteReporting directly to the Retail Buying Manager, you will support in delivering the strategic execution of the seasonal buying strategy for woman’s categories, driving performance and contributing to growth across the category.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Execute all buying activities: weekly, monthly sales performance reports, follow-up on sales, sell through, reorders forecast identifying essential opportunities and tactical plans to accomplish growth targets.
  • Managing replenishments, re-order situation and any other specific request
  • Provide and create seasonal retail product training and fashion trend information to the front-line staff
  • Influence category assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback/data, consumer trends, competitive landscape and local market knowledge
  • Drive the sale campaign with Pre and Post buying analysis and reporting
  • Partner with in-store team to solicit qualitative feedback on product, customers, store environments & competitors
  • Liase with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations teams creating synergies and contributing to the business's commercial performance

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Fashion Retail & Management or similar path degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a Fashion/Luxury company
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
  • Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and diplomacy
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
