OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLENew Guards Group is hiring a Regional Accounts Sales Manager. Reporting to the VP, Sales, this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with regional accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned account group across all targeted categories.
  • You will develop scalable account support models to deliver sustainable service levels to maintain and grow the business.
  • You will ensure seasonal go-to-market readiness, delivering clear seasonal priorities across the account base and leveraging B2B sales tools to make it easy to do business with NGG.
  • You will lead, drive and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to represent the assigned accounts internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
  • You will measure progress across KPIs

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience in account management and managing a high volume of accounts.
  • You have experience in leading sales teams.
  • You have experience in building sales strategies to deliver sustainable long-term growth
  • You have experience in seasonal go-to-market planning and execution
  • You have experience in marketplace segmentation and working with a wide range of retail concepts from Sporting Goods, Department Stores, and Shoe Stores.
  • You have experience working in a large organisation, building relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
