TURATIOur office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG Group staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLENGG is looking for a Receptionist. You will report to the Office Manager and have the opportunity to join our HQ Staff in Milan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front-office, being sure that all of the are identified and authorized to access
  • Drive visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and e-mails, both internal and external
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/e-mail to all the clients, both internal and external
  • Order front office supplies and monitor inventory of stock, keeping records of expenses and costs
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, when required
  • Give support during events, meetings and other initiatives
  • Work directly with the general services staff in order to guarantee the best service standards, in line with Company expectations

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 1/2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, both in english and italian
  • Professional attitude and appearance, with a customer oriented attitude and an hands-on approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and proactivity
