You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!THE ROLEWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work in a very relaxed environment and be part of a well-motivated, and growing team. At Farfetch FPS, QA Engineers are not trivial manual testers – they have exposure to business teams beyond the Tech world and need to focus on collaborating with them all to create Test and QA Strategies that lead our products to the state of art, including Portfolio Management, Reporting and Performance Indicators.If you come to the team, you will learn how to navigate through all areas involved in our projects, from Commercial Sales to Development, Operations to Customer Service to guarantee an end-to-end product Quality Assurance approach.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Gather software requirements and technical specification documentation to create Project Test Strategies, Test Plans and guide outsourced testers on validation activities;
  • Track Test Executions and Create QA Reports with valuable KPIs;
  • Be the QA focal point in projects and act as a bridge between people who has different responsibilities and goals;
  • Improve and maintain our Test Portfolio;
  • Evolve our Test Enterprise Tools and Practices as the company grows;
  • Guide and support outsourced Testers in multiple projects;
  • Work close to different teams across the business to ensure an understanding of their validation needs and be a bridge with the Technology world;
  • Advocate for quality within Business and Tech teams;
  • Advocate for test automation practices in different projects and initiatives;
  • Contribute to Farfetch quality and test automation vision and community.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A Bachelor or Master with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing;
  • A person who enjoys specifying and running scenarios and test cases (manual and/or automatic) on UI or API level;
  • A person who enjoys looking for new solutions and improvements in QA processes;
  • A communicative person who enjoys talking with different areas to proactively gather information;
  • At least 1 year of experience with Jira-Xray or 2 years on equivalent Test Management Tool is a bonus point;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
