São PauloAs a remote position, you can choose between work remotely or on site in our São Paulo office located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
The roleYou’ll set context on ambiguous product areas and opportunities, allowing high quality products to flourish. You have mastered a wide range of workshopping and ideation techniques, always insist upon working with Product Designers and Engineers as well as having excellent presentation skills. You can navigate a complex group of stakeholders, tailoring your approach as you go, and understand how to communicate effectively regardless of their department.

What you will do

  • Own the product lifecycle of each of the products in your portfolio, through research, design, build, maintenance and documentation;
  • You’ll interact with teams in different locations, but especially at our European headquarters;
  • Lead the relationship with third party suppliers to ensure hardware capability is aligned with vision and take the lead to understanding how current and future hardware lifecycles can improve customer experiences;
  • Ensure quality UX and UI in line with the expectations of the luxury experience and be the gatekeeper of quality for each experience;
  • Align closely with the product strategy where the shop floor app is integrated with other Products;
  • Identify opportunities and risks within internal and client product vision.
  • Enforce discipline in the prioritisation of features and initiatives to ensure that output is aligned with OKRs;
  • Prioritize backlog and ensure it is always accessible and clearly communicated on a regular basis to stakeholders

Who you are

  • Experience working as a Product Owner of a digital product;
  • Experience in Retail, Tech, or E-Commerce companies
  • Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the business, at different levels of the organisation (from C-Level to Analyst);
  • Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines
  • Excellent communication and written skills, both in Portuguese and English
  • As a new business unit, the product focus may pivot to meet commercial opportunities. In such circumstances, the Product Owner will be expected to embrace and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of the Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Experience with the iOS development ecosystem and TestFlight a plus.
