PRODUCTWe're the customer experts and advocates. PORTUGALOur Portugal offices are located in four of the country's most vibrant cities - Braga, Guimarães, Lisbon and Porto, known for their rich historical background and warm atmosphere. The teams working in Portugal cover all areas of FARFETCH, from Digital Production to Operations, People and Technology. In our Guimarães and Porto offices you can experience the latest fashion trends in our European Production sites, and in our Braga, Porto and Lisbon offices you can immerse yourself in the tech world!
THE ROLEBeing part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) Team, you will promote and shape the Farfetch Platform evolution, ensuring the right use cases and solutions are identified and built to help our fashion brands achieve their goals of increasing sales, engaging users and improving the e-commerce performance for all websites and apps operated by FPS. You will work with developers and other product managers inside and outside FPS to guide the definition and implementation of platform capabilities. You will report to the Group Product Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assess new opportunities for FPS Clients, this can be accomplished by: gathering ideas, user research, analysis, experiments, refining, and prioritizing new requirements that support the Clients' mission and company goals;
  • Know your customer: anticipate customer needs in order to achieve Product excellence and direct business results; translate customers’ needs into requirements and designs to maintain connectedness throughout the product life cycle;
  • Effectively document and explain new requirements to your engineering team using user story and help the team in breaking down a complex piece of work;
  • Champion the needs of luxury fashion brands by defining a roadmap that supports the Client’s goals, but also Farfetch’s overarching mission to be the best luxury platform;
  • Engage with your stakeholders to formulate a vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Client and execute it well by constantly managing expectations, and working through dependencies across multiple products/ teams;
  • Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from team members and/or luxury fashion brands.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in product management or similar role;
  • Experienced in shaping a product roadmap based on stakeholder needs, research, data, and industry trends;
  • Experience in consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps, …);
  • Experienced in working with large and demanding companies;
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts;
  • Able to adapt to a very fast-paced, consistently growing, and changing environment;
  • Proficiency in English.
