We're a Data team that does it all: big data engineering, machine learning, and deep-dive analytics and insight. We're a diverse, global team who creates Data solutions to provide an unrivalled customer experience. Whether it's churning gigabytes of e-commerce data, using AI to recommend the latest trends, or understanding our customers better than anyone else, we use data to promote FARFETCH's growth.

LONDON

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Data Product Team to support and partner with Farfetch's Commercial Planning & Pricing department and Commercial Data Science team. We aim to match supply and demand on Farfetch using a suite of data products including supply and demand forecasts and optimised price recommendations. Satisfying customer demand by acquiring and maintaining high-quality supply is important to Farfetch's growth. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will guide the success of our Data products ensuring that they create impact through continuous improvement and new ideas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with Data Science and Engineering teams as well as business stakeholders to deliver business value company-wide
  • Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness and identify the leading indicators that prove we are meeting our desired outcomes
  • Distill the vision and strategy to the team so that all team members embrace and champion the vision
  • Identify new missions and objectives, lead and manage the creation and maintenance of the roadmaps and understand how the team can achieve its goals, by leading the team to be able to identify opportunities, which will drive significant business impact
  • Communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to all employees
  • Champion a product-led approach to delivery and support the product management team in driving these ways of working across the organisation

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are experienced in Product Management following Agile techniques
  • You have worked with technical teams such as Engineering, Data Science, Analytics although this is not mandatory
  • You love building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation (from C-Level to Analyst) and work together to make impactful decisions for your products
  • You thrive in uncertainty and can adapt to shifting priorities. Unwavering focus on top priorities and constant reprioritisation is your superpower.
  • You can sift through the noise to separate the tactical from the strategic and help refine and shape your products

We are looking for a Product Manager to support and partner with Farfetch's Commercial department. This is a critical role to deliver business value through impactful data products that underpin key business decisions.
