São Paulo As a remote position, you can choose between work remotely or on site in our São Paulo office located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
The Role
The product designer is responsible for the user experience in one or more of our products on web, mobile or native apps (Android and iOS). We’re looking for someone that has previous experience working as a product designer within a multidisciplinary team (primarily design, engineering and product management).

What you’ll do

  • Work collaboratively with your team (product managers, engineers, researchers and others) in defining the problem space and desired customer outcomes;
  • You’ll interact with teams in different locations, but especially at our European headquarters;
  • Support the execution and development of strategy in your area.
  • Help to build your product’s roadmap, working with your team and the area’s leadership.
  • Design products, flows and detailed interactions with the customers’ high-level goals and needs in mind, informed by data
  • Ensure that when customers interact with your product the experience is coherent, effective and consistent with our brand and with the whole customer experience.
  • Help the team understand solutions by working them through on paper or as visualisations;
  • Ensure any design specifications are clear and well-understood by your team, that includes engineers and product managers;
  • Bring inspiring ideas and discussions to an energetic and collaborative team;

  • You have extensive experience leading design projects.
  • You’re a problem solver — you have a desire to leave things in a better way than you found them;
  • You design based on evidence;
  • You prototype to test and learn;
  • You can prove the impact of your designs, you think lean, and you’re comfortable with pivoting;
  • You’re a critical thinker who’s able to provide constructive and actionable critique;
  • You’re an equally adept listener who’s able to take feedback onboard and iterate accordingly;
  • You’re resilient and can cope with change. We’re a rapidly growing team in a fast paced global business and we sometimes change course;
  • You’re inquisitive with a clear appetite to learn new, complex things. Every day you might be learning new things about luxury fashion, merchandising, pricing or logistics;
  • You understand that design specifications are not the finished product that our customers use, so you constantly work with your team to improve and finesse the product through release and beyond;
  • You’re a team player and you recognise the value of collaboration; demonstrating a collaborative and humble attitude;
  • You have experience with international clients, confortable with fast-paced environments, great English skills;
  • You knows how to communicate with your audience, and speaks and writes clearly both in Portuguese and English;
  • You have working knowledge of iOS and Android UI;
  • As a plus, you have working knowledge of developing and working with full-stack design systems
